Vessel Walk Through

Starting forward is a chain locker and double berth with new 6″ cushions.  To starboard are hanging locker cabinets and to port is head and shower area.
Next aft is a settee to port across from a U shaped dinette.  Next is the galley to port and Nav station to starboard. Still aft is a quarter-berth to starboard and a double bunk stateroom to port.

Built like a tank and laden with teak, the Hans Christian 38 Traditional (sometimes known as the 38T) is a heavy displacement double-ender that oozes the classic feel of a bygone age. Like many American cruisers from 1970/80s it traces its origins back to the work of Colin Archer. The boat that not only “launched a thousand dreams” but a boatbuilding boom eager to quench the demand for the salty Scandinavian double-ended styling.
